In addition to his Super Lawyers recognition, Joe was also inducted as a Fellow of The American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC) in 2024. ACEBC is an invitation-only organization of nationally recognized employee benefits legal experts with at least twenty years of experience as an employee benefits practitioner. The award marks the tenth Trucker Huss attorney to be inducted into the ACEBC, demonstrating the Firm’s continued leadership in the employee benefits and ERISA industry.
