Katuri focuses her practice primarily on qualified retirement plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans, and plans of tax-exempt entities and public schools and universities. Katuri serves on the Board of Directors of the East Bay Children’s Law Offices, and she has been instrumental in giving back and impacting the community, as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and through The TKK Program, Inc., her non-profit organization aimed at serving at-risk populations. She is a member of the National Bar Association, a lifetime member of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Northern California and a Board member of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
In addition, Katuri was recently nominated for the Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing 2021 Inspirational Women Awards. Katuri was also recognized as Los Angeles Business Journal’s (LABJ) 2020 Leaders in Law, as a 2020 “Honoree Attorney of the Year – Labor and Employment”, and was listed as a 2019 “Most Influential Women Lawyer” by the publication. She has also been the recipient of the National Bar Association’s Top 40 Advocates Under 40 Award and was named to the Lawyers of Color Inaugural Hot 100 List.
