Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce Director Brad Huss presented at the 2018 American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Taxation May Meeting on May 10-12 at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, DC.

The meeting brought together the nation’s leading tax practitioners to discuss current issues, topics and legislation. Huss participated as a key panelist in the Employee Benefits Corporate Counsel Forum discussing who is a fiduciary and who is not, and how to effectively advise clients on avoiding the fiduciary tag.

Brad has been practicing in the employee benefits field for forty years, and his practice is primarily in the areas of ERISA litigation, fiduciary responsibility matters, qualified pension and profit sharing plans and Department of Labor investigations. He serves as a private mediator in ERISA litigation matters and has been appointed as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Neutral in over sixty ERISA cases by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
