Joe Faucher Participates in ABA Employee Benefits Spring Update Panel “Hot Topics in ERISA Litigation”

Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce that director Joseph C. Faucher will participate in a panel discussion at the Employee Benefits Spring Update presented by the American Bar Association Joint Committee on Employee Benefits on Wednesday, April 3 in Washington D.C. The Employee Benefits Spring Update is a full day program that will address recent legislation and regulation that significantly affects all aspects of employee benefits, including qualified plans, health plans, and executive compensation. Panels of experienced ERISA attorneys, including government representatives, will explain these changes and their impact on employers, participants and plans.

During the “Hot Topics in ERISA Litigation” session, Joe and the other panel members will discuss their views on the latest “hot topics” and developments in ERISA litigation, including key circuit splits and cases headed for the Supreme Court.

Joe has been litigating ERISA matters and other employee benefit related cases for nearly 30 years. His ERISA litigation experience includes defending actions for breach of fiduciary duty against retirement plan sponsors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries, defending ESOP fiduciaries, and representing plans and administrators in claims for benefits against retirement plans, disability insurance plans, health insurance plans and life insurance plans.
