Trucker Huss APC is pleased to announce that Director Elizabeth (Liz) Loh will serve on the Board of Directors for Richmond Area Multi-Services (RAMS), Inc. RAMS, based in San Francisco, is a private, non-profit mental health agency that is committed to advocating for and providing community based, culturally-competent, and consumer-guided comprehensive services, with an emphasis on serving Asian & Pacific Islander Americans.

Elizabeth is a Director in the firm’s health and welfare practice. For over a decade, Elizabeth’s practice has focused on all aspects of health and welfare compliance (such as ERISA, HIPAA privacy and security, Internal Revenue Code Section 125 plans, COBRA, Medicare, USERRA, GINA, and HIPAA portability compliance). Most recently, Elizabeth has been active in assisting her clients navigate health care reform compliance.
