This webinar will address the U.S. Department of Labor’s recent cybersecurity guidance to plan sponsors, fiduciaries, recordkeepers, and participants, including how it may impact ongoing plan governance and administration, and how plan fiduciaries should act on the guidance to mitigate risks related to cybersecurity concerns. The panel will also discuss the DOL’s new proposed rule to remove barriers to considering environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in their management of plan investments, including considerations for plan fiduciaries who are interested in offering ESG investments.
