Clarissa Kang, Angel Garrett, Sarah Kanter and Jennifer Truong will be speaking at the American Bar Association Joint Committee on Employee Benefits ERISA Basics National Institute on November 18 – 20, 2024.
Clarissa is a co-chair of the Program and will be presenting “ERISA Basics Concepts – Statutory Overview.” Angel will be on a two-part panel on “Benefit Claims – Administrative Procedures and Litigation Overview.” Sarah will be speaking on “Cafeteria Plans and Other Fringe Benefits.” Jennifer will be a panelist on “Federal Regulation of Health Plans.”
The program is designed for in-house and union counsel, benefits specialists, private practitioners, litigators, and consultants. It provides an opportunity to hear from ERISA experts on comprehensive ERISA topics, key cases, and ongoing litigation trends.
