Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce that Jennifer Truong was named Counsel effective February 1, 2025.
Jennifer concentrates her practice in the areas of health and welfare plans. She analyzes ERISA, COBRA, Affordable Care Act and HIPAA compliance issues, and assists clients with drafting plan documents, amendments and summary plan descriptions. Jennifer analyzes plan administrative and fiduciary issues, qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs), plan service provider agreements, and she prepares submissions on behalf of clients to the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor. Jennifer also defends clients involved in Internal Revenue Service examinations and Department of Labor investigations. Jennifer has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Northern California Super Lawyers since 2021.
