Joe Faucher will present on the panel “DOL Investigations – Past, Present and Future (Or, How Did We Get Here And Where Are We Going?)” during The ESOP Association’s EO 24 Conference being held in Las Vegas this November 13-15.
The panel will discuss the history of DOL investigations of ESOPs, what has taken place since the DOL initially began its special enforcement program relative to ESOPs, and what the future holds.
The Employee Owned Conference is attended annually by more than 2,000 employee-owners, thought leaders, and professional advisors. The event is the largest ESOP conference in the world.
Joe Faucher has been litigating ERISA matters and other employee benefit related cases for more than 30 years. In 2024, Joe was inducted as a fellow in the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, the highest level of recognition for an ERISA attorney.
