Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce that Director Marc Fosse participated in a panel discussion at The American Bar Association (ABA) Fall Tax Meeting co-sponsored by the ABA Sections of Taxation and Real Property, Trust & Estate Law, Trust & Estate Division on October 4-6, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta, GA. The panel “Employment and Benefits Developments for Non-Traditional Employment Relationships” discussed the DOL final rule on Association Health Plans, worker classification in the Gig economy and the use of multiple employer plans to provide benefits to workers in the Gig economy.
