Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce Director Nick White will participate in a Western Pension & Benefits Council virtual panel discussion “CARES Act & Other COVID Legislation” on Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Panelists will discuss what to expect in 2021 related to the SECURE Act and the CARES Act, long-term part-time employee coverage, safe harbor 401(k) plan changes, plan document and amendment concerns, as well as partial termination relief provided by the recent stimulus bill.
